Business Analyst

The project is a content creation platform that streamlines the process of producing high-quality visual assets for brands. The platform connects brands with a global network of talented content creators, facilitating the production of on-brand photo, video, and stop-motion content tailored for various digital platforms. The goal of this project is to enhance the platform's capabilities to better serve both brands and creators, ensuring a seamless, efficient, and user-friendly experience. Requirements:

● 5+ years of working experience as Business Analyst in IT
● experience in performing requirements management, prioritisation, traceability, verification, and validation of the requirements
● good communication skills
● excellent visualization and presentation capabilities
● understanding of software development lifecycle and methodologies
● analytical and technical aptitude
● strong product mindset
● solid understanding of AI technologies and their practical applications in modern digital products
● fluent written and spoken English (C1 and higher)
● experience working with requirement management & documentation tools (mostly Jira and Confluence)

What you will do:

● gather and organize information through communication with stakeholders
● take ownership of product discovery and ideation processes
● continuously generate and validate product ideas and enhancements
● translate complex business needs into clear, actionable requirements for the development team
● collaborate closely with stakeholders, designers, and engineers throughout the product lifecycle
● prioritize features, define MVPs, and maintain a well-structured product backlog
● monitor industry trends and competitor products to inform product decisions
