Requirements:

● 3+ years of proven experience in  IT outsourcing outbound marketing, particularly in the role of Marketing Specialist or equivalent
● strong track record of creating persuasive presentations and content that resonate with potential clients and decision-makers
● proficiency in writing compelling content (articles, website copies, case studies, white papers, emails, and social media)
● experience working with designers to ensure high-quality visual content that aligns with brand guidelines
● experience collaborating with sales teams to develop marketing strategies that attract and convert potential clients
● strong knowledge of digital marketing and analytics tools to measure and optimize marketing efforts
● ability to adapt to changing business trends and dynamics within the software engineering industry
● strategic thinking, excellent communication, and teamwork skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving
● English — Advanced level

Responsibilities:

● develop and execute an outbound marketing strategy
● create and deliver high-impact, client-focused presentations that showcase our services and technical expertise
● contribute to creating case studies, white papers, landing pages, and digests about the latest news in domains we work
● maintain and evolve our brand voice, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels while staying up-to-date on the latest trends
● take on more responsibilities with the possibility of leading and expanding the marketing department in the future
