We build sophisticated products for businesses across the globe delivering a wide range of software engineering services.

Requirements:

● 5+ years of proven full-time experience in managing software development teams
● strong practical understanding of Agile delivery, team facilitation, and iterative development
● hands-on experience organizing team workflows, refining delivery processes, and ensuring efficient team operations
● experience collaborating closely with clients, acting as a delivery partner and communication bridge
● confident facilitation of Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, reviews)
● ability to coach team members on Agile principles and foster a culture of ownership and transparency
● experience using Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, ClickUp)
● technical familiarity — ability to discuss technical topics with engineers and align delivery with architectural goals
● experience working with distributed or outsourced teams
● strong problem-solving mindset with ability to balance priorities and resolve delivery blockers
● data awareness: ability to track and analyze delivery metrics and team health indicators
● ability to set up lightweight but effective processes for backlog management, documentation, communication, and reporting
● experience working in a client-facing role, managing expectations and ensuring satisfaction
● upper-intermediate to advanced English proficiency

As a Project Manager You will:

● act as the key delivery point of contact for the client and the internal team
● set up and run operational delivery processes aligned with Agile best practices
● ensure efficient sprint execution, backlog hygiene, and delivery rhythm
● proactively communicate progress, risks, blockers, and improvement suggestions
● support the team in delivering value predictably, with attention to quality and velocity
● drive transparency and accountability across all delivery dimensions
● identify improvement areas and implement process enhancements
● ensure team members are utilized effectively and not overloaded
● contribute to a strong delivery culture based on ownership, feedback, and results

Would be a plus:

● experience working in both outstaffing and project-based delivery models
● Agile certifications (Scrum Master, Product Owner, etc.)
● background in project management, IT operations, or software engineering
● ability to support or step into a full project management role if needed in the future
